Joannie Chu, D.M.D.

Dr. Chu is a native San Diegan. She was raised in La Mesa and attended Helix High School. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Physiology and went on to earn her doctorate in dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts in 2003.

Immediately upon graduation she moved back home to southern California and has since been in private practice in San Diego. Before opening her own practice, Dr. Chu had the opportunity to work with many other very talented and skilled dental professionals, an experience which has greatly enhanced her knowledge and clinical skills.

Dr. Chu commits herself to high quality continuing education where she learns about new techniques and materials in dentistry for the purpose of providing the best for her patients. She is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and San Diego County Dental Society.

Victoria Kim, R.D.A.

Victoria grew up in San Jose, CA and moved to San Diego in 1993. She has been a registered dental assistant since 1991 and is proficient with all aspects of the dental field, including oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics and implant dentistry. In addition, she has expanded her knowledge to front office duties and can educate patients in understanding and maximizing their dental benefits.
